Pastor Dan Harbottle
Senior Pastor
Dan Harbottle believes that his wife Ness and three children, Ben, Lily and Ruby are the most important things that God has called him to. He is passionate to ensure his ministry as Senior Leader at Mount Barker Baptist Church reflects his love and dedication to God & his family. He loves all things adventurous and outdoors, especially hunting, camping and riding his dirt bike. Dan has a passion for the Kingdom of God and wants to make sure the church and it's people become a reflection of heaven here on earth. He enjoys seeing people understand their place within God's Kingdom and hopes to see the Church become more and more relevant in today's culture.

Pastor Matt Baird
Youth Pastor
Matt has a wonderful wife called Felicity and three daughters (Naomi, Emma and Lucy) and shares his working hours between Mount Barker High School (as the Chaplain) and the Youth Pastor at Mount Barker Baptist Church. His main role at Mount Barker Baptist is to facilitate the running of Remix Youth, which consists of a High School group (year 8-12) and a Senior Remix Group (year 12- approx 25 years old). A dedicated Youth Ministry Team run events and Bible studies on Friday Nights for High School Remix and Justin & Julie Griggs facilitate the Senior Youth group. Look to the current links and program or check out the photos to see what’s going on now! Remix Youth is also a collaboration of the Church of Christ and Mount Barker Baptist Church.

Deb Thompson
Interim Children's Ministry Director
Deb is married to Andrew and they have 3 children, Josh, Emily, and Katie. Deb has a tremondous heart for children and has served in Children's Ministry for a number of years.
