If you looked through the door of this church on Wednesday mornings this is what you would see………..Children playing games, building towers, playing in the cubby’s, cooking at the play kitchen,  singing, fruit time, music/dance, craft activities and children  sitting quietly reading books or doing puzzles.

Along with this hub of activity there is the smell of brewing coffee, home baked goodies and the chatter of mums and dad’s on occasions. Welcome to Mount Barker Baptist Playgroup. A place where you can come and chat to other adults about the struggles and joys of being a mum/dad while your child enjoys interacting with other children and running off steem!!

Here is the run down on Playgroup:

• It runs each Wednesday during the school term from 9:30 – 11:00am (Ages 0-5)
• The cost is $2 (per family) and a piece of fruit which is shared with the rest of the group
• Each fortnight there is a craft activity planned which is run during play time. We just ask that you help your child if needed
• Tea, freshly brewed coffee and biscuits for adults.

Please feel free to come in a visit. We love welcoming in new faces.
